Meetesh Jugwant Consulting · Last reviewed: 24 October 2026

This notice explains how Meetesh Jugwant Consulting handles personal information submitted through the website, particularly the Funding Readiness Enquiry Form, in accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

1. Who is responsible?

Meetesh Jugwant Consulting is responsible for processing information submitted for its consulting services. Contact: [email protected]. Business correspondence address: 32 Kandahar Avenue, Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal, 3370, South Africa.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a funding enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, business activities, ownership information, trading history, funding requirements, readiness responses and any information you choose to provide in the form. Our security service may process technical data needed to protect the form from misuse.

3. Why we use it

We use enquiry information to review your request, contact you, clarify potential next steps, manage and document our communications and protect the website against spam or abuse. Providing the information is voluntary, but required fields are needed to assess and respond to the enquiry. Submitting the form does not create a consulting mandate, funding application or guarantee of approval.

4. Legal basis and funder disclosures

We process enquiries for the purpose explained at collection, including on the basis of your requested communication and acknowledgement on the form, subject to applicable POPIA requirements. We do not send your enquiry or financial documents to a prospective funding provider without first obtaining separate, specific authorisation for that disclosure. We may disclose information when required by law.

5. Service providers and international processing

We use website infrastructure, anti-spam protection and email delivery services, including Cloudflare and Resend, to receive and transmit enquiries. Those service providers may process information on systems outside South Africa. Cross-border processing is managed subject to applicable POPIA protections and the relevant service-provider terms. We do not sell enquiry information.

6. Security and retention

We use access restrictions and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information, but no internet transmission is entirely risk-free. We keep enquiries only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, legitimate record-keeping requirements or applicable law, after which information should be deleted or appropriately de-identified. Please avoid submitting identity documents, bank statements or sensitive financial records using the initial enquiry form.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can request access to or correction of your personal information, ask for deletion where appropriate, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is relied on. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this policy as our services and processing arrangements change. The version published on this page will reflect the latest reviewed wording.

This notice provides information about website enquiries; any later client engagement will be governed by separate agreed documents and more specific information-sharing arrangements where necessary.
